With over 20 years’ experience in holistic and complementary work, I’ve seen how emotional distress can be influenced by many factors, including relationships, identity, stress, hormonal changes, and the wider pressures of life. My approach is not about fixing or forcing change, but about gently exploring what may be happening beneath the surface, at a pace that feels manageable.
I work collaboratively, offering tailored support that may help increase awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience, while respecting that each person’s experience is unique.
