What is Energy Balancing?

Energy balancing is a complementary, non-medical practice that some people find calming and supportive for relaxation, reflection, and emotional wellbeing.

I trained in energy balancing through Omnes Healing, under the guidance of Dr Su Mason, founder of the organisation, and I currently serve as Deputy Manager within Omnes Healing. My training took place over three years and focused on developing presence, attunement, and ethical practice within a holistic framework.

From an energy-based perspective, this work is understood as involving focused attention, intention, and gentle attunement, with the aim of supporting a sense of balance and ease across mind, body, and emotional experience. People often describe sessions as relaxing, grounding, or supportive during times of stress or transition.

Energy balancing is offered as a supportive, complementary approach and is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Experiences vary from person to person, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Sessions may take place in person or, for those who prefer, at a distance. Any work is approached collaboratively, with care, consent, and respect for individual beliefs and preferences.

Energy balancing is based on holistic and spiritual traditions and may not align with everyone’s beliefs. You are always welcome to ask questions or choose approaches that feel right for you.
