This one-to-one coaching work is for people who are navigating change, questioning their confidence, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer feel helpful — personally, professionally, or relationally.

My coaching approach is informed by counselling principles and holistic understanding, which means the work is reflective, relational, and paced. While this is not counselling, we pay attention not only to goals and direction, but also to emotional responses, self-criticism, and the inner patterns that may influence how you feel and make decisions.

With over 20 years’ experience in holistic and complementary practice, I support clients to develop greater awareness, clarity, and self-trust, working collaboratively in a way that feels respectful and manageable.
